- No. We provide rental preparation and a practical contract review. For legal disputes, we may recommend a qualified legal professional.

- Which option should I choose?

While you search, Unlimited Applications (€49 for 30 days, by invitation) lets us check and apply professionally to every suitable home you send us. After a viewing invitation you can activate Viewing Support (€99 for 30 days), and before you sign there is the Contract Check (€199) or Offer-to-Signature (€499, Contract Check included).
- Is VAT included?
- Yes. All prices shown on the site include Dutch VAT.
