You search for homes on Funda, Pararius and agent websites. We check whether a home fits your profile and, on a good match, submit a professional application with your complete dossier. You do not always need a traditional rental agent. What you do need is a professional presentation, and a Dutch rental agent behind your application as the point of contact for fellow agents.
Everything starts with the €5 dossier. All prices include VAT. No guarantee of a viewing or acceptance, nobody can honestly promise that.

How matching works
- We compare each listing with your dossier: rent and provable budget, any income requirement, household type and number of occupants, guarantor where relevant, rental period, start date, pets, smoking, furnished or unfurnished, and any explicit conditions in the advert
- MATCH: we prepare and send a professional application
- POSSIBLE: something essential is missing and we ask you first
- NO MATCH: no application, and we tell you the concrete reason

Fair use
