The nature of our services

Our services include writing tenant profiles, rental application letters, neighbourhood advice, and reviewing rental contracts from a practical market perspective.

We work tenant-side only. We are not a licensed real estate agent (makelaar) and do not act as an intermediary between landlords and tenants. We do not source or place tenants in properties.

Preparation improves your chances — it does not guarantee them

Good preparation makes your application clearer, faster to read and more credible to an agent, which improves your chances. It does not, and cannot, guarantee a viewing, an acceptance, or any particular outcome. The decision always rests with the landlord or agency, and the Amsterdam market is competitive. We are honest about this on purpose.
